Data Remote (Worldwide) Contract
We are seeking a Data Engineer to design database setups that ingest, parse, and store raw data feeds for client models. You will build ETL pipelines, optimize data storage schemas, implement indices, and secure database connections.
What you'll do
- Build robust ETL pipelines to transfer and structure raw data feeds.
- Design database setups, indexing profiles, and storage layers.
- Optimize data warehouse queries and caching structures.
- Ensure data security, access permissions, and database backup policies.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years experience in data engineering or database administration.
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and big data structures.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Redshift, BigQuery) and PostgreSQL.
