Delivery Manager
Operations Remote (Worldwide) Contract
We are seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee the operations of client projects. You will manage resource allocations, audit QA checks, resolve client escalations, and assist pre-sales scoping. You will ensure that the products we deliver meet high standards of engineering and business value.
What you'll do
- Manage developer resource planning across active project pipelines.
- Audit testing coverage, deployment schedules, and code releases.
- Manage client feedback and guide project scope adjustments.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales team on project estimates and timelines.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years experience in tech delivery, operations, or project management leadership.
- Deep understanding of agile development cycles and agency economics.
- Superb client management and issue resolution skills.
