Prompt Engineer

We are seeking a Prompt Engineer to design, evaluate, and scale optimal system instructions for Large Language Models. You will ensure models output reliable JSON structures and follow strict guidelines. You will create prompt test datasets, measure model outputs, and refine variables to maximize accuracy.

What you'll do

• Design structured system prompts, instruction rules, and few-shot examples.
• Analyze and debug failures where models return malformed formatting.
• Implement JSON Schema boundaries to force models to return structured values.
• Manage prompt version control databases used across our applications.

What we're looking for

• Exceptional written English communication with logical reasoning skills.
• Basic programming skills (Python/JavaScript) to run batch test runs.
• 1+ years experience focusing on prompt optimization or AI interaction.
• Highly structured approach to testing and data logging.
