Senior AI Trainer

We are hiring Senior AI Trainers to lead training cohorts, design tagging taxonomies, and manage quality assurance pipelines. You will translate complex prompt guidelines into actionable rules for training teams.

What you'll do

• Oversee and review data quality from a group of junior AI trainers
• Design rigorous annotation guidelines and rubrics for alignment tasks
• Conduct root-cause analyses on prompt regression and output failures
• Coordinate with AI researchers to optimize training dataset distribution

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in data annotation, editorial management, or NLP annotation
• Proven track record of managing content quality or editorial pipelines
• Strong grasp of machine learning alignment workflows (RLHF/SFT)
• Excellent communication skills and leadership capability
