Customer Success Remote (Worldwide) Contract
We are seeking a Solutions Consultant to bridge the gap between client operational challenges and technical designs. You will analyze client processes, design custom architecture diagrams, present prototypes, and write scoping documents for developers.
What you'll do
- Analyze client operations to identify opportunities for custom software.
- Design custom system architecture diagrams, data flows, and integration APIs.
- Present technical solutions directly to client stakeholders.
- Write detailed scoping documents to guide developers.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years technical consulting or solutions architecture experience.
- Broad software engineering knowledge (React, Node, databases, cloud, APIs).
- Exceptional presenting, diagramming, and consulting capabilities.
