AI Research Associate
AI Workforce Remote (Worldwide) Contract
We are hiring AI Research Associates to support LLM scaling, pre-training preparation, and evaluation literature research. You will assist in structuring datasets and tracking experimental research pipelines.
What you'll do
- Conduct literature reviews on new model alignment and prompt tuning strategies
- Write scripts to preprocess, clean, and deduplicate training datasets
- Run benchmarking suites on new candidate checkpoints and record metrics
- Collaborate in writing technical reports and documentation for clients
What we're looking for
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a quantitative discipline
- Solid scripting skills in Python, particularly with Pandas, NumPy, or Hugging Face tools
- Knowledge of transformer architectures and deep learning fundamentals
- Strong writing skills to compile summaries of complex research papers
