Platform Engineer
DevOps Remote (Worldwide) Contract
We are seeking a Platform Engineer to build developer tools and templates that help our team deploy software faster and safer. You will construct CLI tools, automate staging configurations, and manage centralized metric portals.
What you'll do
- Design developer templates, CLI helpers, and internal libraries.
- Automate environment staging setups on branch creation.
- Maintain central logs pipelines and metrics portals.
- Optimize local development Docker setups and speed up build runs.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years software development or platform engineering experience.
- Strong TypeScript and shell scripting (Bash, Powershell) capabilities.
- Deep understanding of build systems, container workflows, and caching structures.
- Strong developer-facing empathy.
