Technical Lead
Engineering Remote (Worldwide) Contract
As a Technical Lead, you will oversee the delivery of custom client software platforms. You will direct the engineering team, resolve architectural challenges, and collaborate with client stakeholders. You will ensure that the shipped product meets high standards of performance, security, and quality.
What you'll do
- Design target system architectures, database designs, and API contracts.
- Lead sprint planning, code review workflows, and release cycles.
- Unblock developers, run technical discussions, and define testing strategies.
- Provide regular architectural updates to client executives.
What we're looking for
- 7+ years software engineering experience, including 2+ leading developer teams.
- Expertise with AWS, Supabase, Next.js, Node.js, and databases.
- Outstanding communication, project planning, and technical consulting capabilities.
- Proven history of leading and delivering tech projects successfully.
